Amid the rising number of COVID-19 cases in the national capital, the Delhi government has started converting Radha Soami Spiritual Centre in Chhatarpur, South Delhi, into world's largest temporary COVID-19 care facility with 10,000 beds. On Wednesday, the Indo Tibetan border police took charge of the COVID-19 care facility. The ITBP was asked to take over by the Union home ministry after Home Minister Amit Shah in a meeting assured Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal that ITBP will take care of this centre which can accommodate 10,000 patients. Here's what you can expect at the centre, which is spread over an area of 12,50,000 square feet - as large as 22 football fields.
